How to Restore one portion of a deleted Pattern-based (Generic Model) Family in a Mass?

So basically the design I was working on requires an opening through the Pattern-Based Family which I applied onto the mass before.

I did that by moving my cursor towards that few portion and using tab to select the one part of the design and deleted it. Now, I was thinking if I want to restore that one deleted part, do I have to reassign the entire Pattern-Based family all over again just to get that few portions back? Or is there any other way to get it back (other than Ctrl+Z). I tried copy and pasting which obviously doesn't work for me... 😞

Is the pattern set to Overlap Border?

No, it's "Partial"... I hope to know if there's a trick to this though.. Dissolving and Reapplying is a tedious process...

Something Extra:

Not too sure if this is helpful but I am not able to edit anything on the pattern adapted onto the mass from the project itself. I have to go into the mass just to edit the patterns individually. If I select it outside of the massing environment it will just be "Edit Family" which isn't what I want.

Does it show up when you set it to Overhanging?

Nope:

Only solution to this I can think of is to just use "Hide Element (EH)"... And if I ever need it, just "Unhide Element (EU)" again. >___<

TAB-Select the divided surface at the panel location you deleted.  It will highlight blue (as shown below). When it does, "Recreate Component" will show on the Options Bar. Press it to recreate the deleted panel.
