I am having an issue where now the spot coordinates do not match even remotely to what it should be. I believe the Survey point was moved clipped and its coordinates were changed relative to its original position. So now when I do a spot coordinate the numbers are way off. Any ideas? See attached photo.
The spot coordinate can be assigned to different coordinate systems. Which one is yours reporting? Select the Survey Point, what coordinate values does it show? Do the same with the Project Base Point. If you un-clip the Project Base Point does right-click Move to Startup Location do anything?

If the Survey Point never moved before and was in the Internal Origin point, you can find the Internal Origin point (cause it never moves) and move the Survey Point back there.
Thanks for your reply. The spot coordinates Coordinate Origin is set to "Survey Point." Here is the project base point, its in the same spot as the Revit Internal origin. I noted which one was a project based point spot and the survey point spot.
Thanks for your reply. Even after trying to bring the survey point back to its internal origin The spot coordinates around that spot remains a different number.
Move the Survey Point (use move tool), while it is clipped, to the Project Base Point.

Try to reset all points coordinates from the begining:
- Click Move to Startup Location for the Project Base Point
- Then Move Survey Point clipped to the Project Base Point
And then check units and origin settings for the spot coordinate and dimension types that you use.
