How to put Sleeves in wall and Slabs and tag them?

I need to put sleeves in Slabs and Floor slabs for MEP Services to run and i need to tag them. Please say me a recommended way to do that. thanks

Thanks for your solution. I will check it. May i know what is manual method to do it? I have attended a technical interview in such case i cant get these tools.
