Hi,

I have been using revit since one month ago, I did the architectural part, but i don't know how to link this with structure and MEP (for electricity...)

should i work in one file containing these three parts or in 3 different files ...

thank you

If you are going to be working on structure and MEP designs then you can work on the same file. If someone else is going to do it then you can send them the architectural model for them to link in their files. It is going to be a bi-directional linking, meaning you can also link their files in the architectural model for coordination.

I am sorry if I didn't make myself clear. What I would like to know is the following. I am working in one file. But doing all of the aspects, I ve finished the architecture part, and now I would tackle structure, electricity, plumbing ..... etc. My question is how can I do all of those in one folder ?

I don't understand how to procede ..

Sorry for the inconvenience

No problems.  I just needed a clarification to give you the right answer.

If you have multiple disciplines under one file, you can change the View Browser to group by Disciplines.

Right click on the "Views" in the Project Browser and choose Browser Organization...  Then change the Disciplines.

Duplicate or create new floor plans for Discipline, name them properly.  Then change the view's Discipline to the correct one from the View's properties:
