I want to modify exterior elevation tag because currently I'm using on the left side but I want it  to be the same in the right side which always horizontal position of text. Sorry for this question I'm just beginner in Revit.

For Revit 2021 and 2022...you can edit the Section Head annotation family and uncheck the "Rotate text with Component"

  • Select the section in a plan view
  • Edit it's type and check which Section Head family is in use
  • Exit dialog and In the project Browser >> Under Families/Annotation Symbols >> Locate the Section head family
  • Edit the family >> Uncheck "Rotate text with Component" >> Reload into the project

You have placed the labels in the Pointer family...for the "Rotate Text with Component" to function as per message 2 above, the labels and the body must be in the Elevation Head family

Same principle ... The Labels need to be with the body in the main family + in this family you need to add 3 more pointers

Here I do not have 2021, the attached are the 2022 fixed version + see GIF below for how to:

  • Edit Body
  • Select Pointer >> Edit Family
  • Select Label >> Cut to clipboard
  • Reload Pointer to Body and Overwrite Parameters
  • Go to Modify Tab >> Paste from Clipboard (Aligned to Current View)
  • Make sure "Rotate text with Component" is unchecked
  • Save and Reload body to Project
