How to model this complex wall in revit?

Just wanted to know as shown in the picture , how can i model this complex in revit? ANY idea?

edit the profile in a section or elevation view. go to a section/elevation view, select the wall and pick "Edit Profile" from the Modify|Wall tab of the Ribbon in the Mode panel

What @Tom_Kunsman is saying is an option. I always first think of how this will  be made in reality. Than I try to approach that with Revit. If it is a one of, you could also make it as an in place family or if you have several a loadable family.
