How to model form along multiple axes

I am using Revit 2023. You can see this lighting fixture twists and curves around both X and Y axes. The single bar is easy but how to I model the light tube? Is this possible just using Revit? Thanks!

Do it in a Adaptive Family Template by splining through multiple Points.

...there's a few videos out there - just a Google keyword search away. Here's one:

Also Google "Revit Rope Lighting Family".

- Model the curved light using Generic Model Adaptive family template then change the Category to Lighting Fixture.

- Nest the 'fitting' part of the light fixture in the Adaptive family if you don't want to re-model it directly in the adaptive family.
