Is your concern regarding the line that you see in the geometry? That happens when Revit thinks it see a joint in the sketch. Try to edit the sketch again.

I think he or she meant to ask how to make the reinforcing steel stirrups in the columns.

Do you use the full Revit version which includes Structure?  If so, try Rebar tool.  I have never used it so I cannot help you.  But you can visit Revit Structure forum and ask folks over there.
