How to make the dark portion at the bottom view not under shadow effect

Hi. How to make the dark portion at the bottom view (template) not under shadow effect and keeping everything else the same ?

Yes, I did untick the sun path and shadow option.

If the element falls within the region where the shadow is casted, you cannot tell Revit to exclude it or the sun to ignore just that element. You could 

1. EITHER play with the sun settings, time, angle...etc and see if you can get to the desirable output
2. OR on the sheet overlay that portion of the elevation (just the part you do not need shaded)
