How to make snap point in family?

Hello,
Could you give me some advice?

How to make snap point in family?

I found "Reference Point"function in Autodesk Knowledge, but they say it works only in Mass family.

I want to use it in Curtain Panels family.

I know, two reference plane have intersection point,

but they also have four endpoint and it cause miss snapping.

I want to do this,

When I start to write curtain wall, Leaded to some prescribed point and I can write from that point.image.png

Are there any function like Reference Point?

OR any Work Around to do this?

Please excuse my poor English,
If you have any trouble understanding my English, please feel free to ask so I can clarify as best as I can.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated,

Use shortcut "SI" to snap to intersection of two ref. planes. That way, you can avoid "miss snapping". But, I didn't understand what are you trying to do though... Just that it has to do with curtain wall panels.

@Ilic.Andrej, Thank you for your kindness,

I know snap shortcut, but Reference Planes may make another intersection accidentally, and cause confused reference.

I'm not picky about putting snap point in curtain wall panels.
In this case, snap point is prescribed by panel position, so I think it's better to do with curtain wall panels.

If Snap point is prescribed and moving with curtain wall's expansion and contraction, whatever is fine.

Make sure that the Reference Planes are set to Define Origin.

Defines origin will just set where the cursor will "hold" the element as it is placed. It is also a snap point inside the family I guess too. But defines origin is a special case.

General Snap points in a family are defined by the "is reference" property of a reference plane or line used in the family.

@Anonymous: Sounds like you are describing the "snap from" snap that AutoCAD has. There's nothing like this in Revit.
