How to make folded plate staircase in revit.

Hi all,

I dont find any appropriate way to make folded plate slab staircase in revit.

Just the way around is to increase the thickness of riser & tread. But this will only work till schematic level.

Create a new stair type, under Type properties change the Run Type (duplicate and rename).

In the Run Type properties change Underside Surface to Stepped and add a Tread and Riser Thickness.

And presto, you have a stepped concrete staircase with finish materials.
