How to make a individual revisions for each sheet

I have a project (plans, elevations and sections), rev.00 submitted in September with all sheets, then i submitted rev.01 in October with only plans (without elevations), now i need to submit another revision (rev.02) with both plans and elevations, the problem is, the elevations sheets will now take the revisions number (rev.00 and rev.02) because it hadn't been submitted with rev.01 

but i need them to take rev.01 with the date of November, how can i do this
