How to Load all .pat Files into Revit ? if i have a File that cotnains alot of Hatchs more than 200 ? is there any way to load all of them at once . i know to how to load one by one
You can use transfer project standard>fill region. Typically I create one master file contain all fill region type so user can copy and paste fill region they wanted.

thanks alot i know transfer project standard but till now i only have .pat files i want to import it in RVT file i want a fast way not one by one ? there is a file called revit.pat (But i notes that revit did not use it )
