How to highlight Schedule with conflicting values

If I had a schedule setup for 2 cars with following parameters: (1)Driver Name, (2)Car Number, (3)Date. Is it possible to highlight using conditional formatting that a driver has been placed in both cars on a given date. Is there any other way if conditional formatting is not the way forward to show this data, so that it could be resolved to avoid the problems of said driver being in both cars at the same time. Any suggestions welcome. Thank you.

Instead of conditional formatting, it would be much easier to filter the schedule by date. Then sort by car's id. Then it would be easier to see if a driver's name is repeated on the list.
