Export RVT to DWG and use DATAEXTRACTION in AutoCAD. No?

Export Room/Area to HTML and choose a higher resolution image sizes.  Then open Adobe Acrobat > Create PDF from webpage > point to the HTML > you will get a PDF.  Link or import it in AutoCAD (it's not a vector PDF but you don't need a vector PDF because you are not supposed to edit the data).

It is a report.  Any editing should be done in Revit prior to exporting the HTML.  If you want scale (which is defeating the point of showing triangles with every dimension) then scale the PDF in AutoCAD.
