How to get rid of 0 in dimensions (metric)

Hi

I have some dimensions that has '0' in them which I can't get rid of without deleting the entire dimension line and starting over. I searched and found some responses to tick suppress 0 feet under the project unit setting. I don't have this option as it's greyed out and I'm using millimeters. I have tried changing to feet, ticking the box and changing back but this doesn't work.

I've tried manually shifting the witness lines but that doesn't work either.

Any clues? Thanks in advance.

Try "Custom" with 0 Rounding Increment.

I've tried that already, won't remove those pesky zeros.
Might just have to redo the dimensions argh!

Wait a minute!  Are you saying that redoing the dimension eliminates the "pesky 0"? So, it isn't replicable?

You change the wrong setting. Do not change Project Units, edit the dimension type and format the dimension type units.

Are you sure that these dimensions you a trying to change are actual dimensions - and not replacement text?

Replace with Text.png

Because my zero was in the middle, I couldn't seem to select it, but if I deleted one dim on either side, I was then able to select it and delete it.  Not ideal, but better than starting over on the entire string.

I don't understand the 4 steps. Step 2 and Step 3 both instruct to edit witness lines.  But once I enact edit witness lines in step 2, it is now greyed out in step 3.   Please advise

Because you are editing the witness lines now. (just like editing floors or stairs but without check when finish).
Just go back the view and click elements to remove or add some reference.
