If you are entering the lines by coordinates, let the table close the loop instead of trying to enter the last coordinates.

Just curious about something, @luispavon.  You asked if there were any "Plug-ins" available.  I'm wondering if this is maybe what you are after?

Why do you need a plug-in?  The function is built in the program.

You don't recognize the dialog box in my screenshot? How are you creating the Property Lines?

Im using the sketch option, but the lines that im using as base are very little and I select them, but cannot get the property line closed therefore it does not create my property line, nor calculates the area.

To access the dialog box I showed above, select sketch and click Edit Table.

...you are going to need to fudge it a bit to close it. You can delete line in Table and let Revit decide on line to replace and close it with, or just let Revit close it by adding a last sketch line to the ones you have.

You can interpolate/simplify where the segments are too small for Revit to draw.  Keep in mind that you are drawing a parcel element, not a fine jewelry.
