How to find and load native trees in Revit?

I am A new student to Revit. I am trying to figure out how to load/purchase local/native to my region of the country ( ARIZONA ) plants and trees. or if it is even possible any direction on this would be greatly appreciated.

If you examine the stock library of plants provided with Revit you'll find there is a pretty deep collection of rendering appearances associated with them in the plant library. Check out this topic at Autodesk's Help Docs for the basic steps.

Don't go overboard with trees - especially the 3D ones. 2D are nice for plans and elevations. For renderings, you'd be better off with rendering the building to JPG and then photoshopping in tree images from a library.

I see that you are a first time visitor. Thanks for stopping by and posting on the Revit Architecture forum.

 @SteveKStafford is absolutely right, you can find trees from the existing Revit families and modify them to make them more like a mesquite tree or the iconic saguaro cactus.

For eg: A Schumard Oak in the planting family in Revit with height modified looks more like a mesquite tree. See the pictures below.

However, you can try Archvision dashboard (download trial or subscription based) which has a good collection or the free app which come with drag-drop features.

As suggested by @Sahay_R  using photoshop for adding entourage, will keep your model light.

Revit handles trees like cartoons - one simply must spend hours importing & telling the system to NOT show the toy soldier base (what moron thought that needed? 😱

Using it since 2012 learned from local Big Island Architect that it was like good 🏄‍♂️ surf- 

live hate . . . but improve 4 all our sake - 

How do we still have crap un expandable windows; an inability to set system level “Clip with line” as default instead of morons default? 

it goes on and on and on , . . Text leaders, why the windows are scrunched in some cases horizontally 😳;  if I copy an object why won’t my transparency settings transfer? 

use it every day . . . astonishingly brilliant then inept 😳🤔

Modify to elegant presentation in a 2.something K $ software/ year and u think that doesn’t warrant fixing? Oy vei lad😳

I don't think they thought the trees were going to be used in hidden line views vs a rendering. They date back to the very earliest of days of Revit. 3rd Party products like Enscape are changing the way many firms deal with presentations and rendering/walk-thru and Autodesk is playing catch-up in that realm.

For an alternate approach to trees you could read Andrew's blog. He writes about using his BIM pencil (what he calls Revit). He's shared some of his lollipop trees in the past too.
