There are many ways for your client to navigate the model without having Revit. but from my point of view the best is using Enscape plugin.
It's a paid plugin but it allows you to export a .exe file that includes the full model in medium quality render where the client can walkthrough.
As I remember there is also "Revit Live"which gives similar tools.
