How to edit text in the title block schedule?

In the same project, I have two title blocks, one is cover sheet title block and one is regular sheet title block.  In both title block families, the drawing history schedule is named "REVISION SCHEDULE", looks like both setting of appearance are the same. But the texts in  regular sheet title block schedule are too wide, have no idea where to edit the text?

The revision schedule in a titleblock is controlled within the titleblock family. Check each titleblock family and compare the text settings for each.

The revision schedule within the project has no relationship to the titleblock families.

they both use "schedule body", and is the "schedule body" a family? I can't find it either in the project or in the family?

What is shown in those drop-down options are text types. You can edit them by going to the "Annotate" tab and clicking on the small arrow in the bottom right corner of the "Text" panel.

From there select the text type you want to modify from the drop-down menu and check the parameter match between each text type in the different titleblocks.

After I edited "schedule body" type under system family : Text, the changes only affect the regular schedule, but not the revision schedule. The very strange thing is, the cover sheet revision schedule and regular sheet schedule use the same text type but look differently.

I also checked the regular schedule, such as one used for keynote, the body text also uses schedule body type, it is grayed out; All the schedules use the same system family - schedule.

What you showed me is to edit the text in project, but I assume it should be in the title block family? but I don't see the text family in title block family.

In title block family, when click revision schedule, you get revision properties, and see so many different body text options there, but you don't see those texts in side the family, say if I create a text type for this revision schedule, how to bring it to this drop down list? Are these parameters, or shared parameters?

The revision schedule is located in the project and editing the text types there will have no effect on the text types within the titleblock family. Edit the titleblock family and check the text types used there.
