How to edit in the workplane viewer

Can we edit the elements from a temporary active workplane viewer? It seems simple editing can be done and the commands under the recent commends. If I try click any command from menu bar or keyboard input any command, the active workplane viewer does not respond at all. Did I miss anything?

Is the Workplane viewer Active?  Are you actually inside the Workplane Viewer?  Double-Click inside and see if you can draw a simple Model Line.

Works in 2019. 2018.3 version still has the issue can not editing,or I miss something here.
