How to draw frame around text in dimension.

In AutoCAD we can easily make a frame around text in dimension. I am looking for the same way but in Revit. Please help!

There is no such option in Revit.

You could manually draw a detail line around your dimension text. Not perfect but will look the same until the dimension line moves.
