How to draw curved walls in Revit??

Hi All!

I am having an issue as I cant find how to draw a curved walls in Revit. I am not looking for curtain walls but for generic 6" walls. I was able to sketch model lines and was hoping that i will be able later to convert the lines to walls... 

Anyone can help me with drawing the curved walls?

You should be able to draw walls as arcs and circles either directly from the sketch wall tool, or by picking model or drafting arcs and circles like @ennujozlagam has demonstrated.  However, if you want to draw an (partial) elliptical wall, or a spline wall, you will need to build a mass and use Wall by Face tool.

I'm trying to place a decal on a long curved wall but the decal only attaches to one of the segments of the wall and doesn't treat the entire wall as one entity. Is there a way to join all the walls so the decal spreads across the entire wall?

  • n a Revit project, open a 2D view or a 3D orthographic view. ...
  • Click Insert tab Link panel Decal drop-down (Place Decal). ...
  • From the Type Selector, select the type of decal to place in the view.
  • If you want to change the physical size of the decal, on the Options Bar, enter values for Width and Height.
