how to delete unwanted revision stamps from project browser

hi all,

I couldnt figured out a way to delete unwanted rev stamps which is been mis spelt and it comes in dropdown in project browser.

any solution on this.

Once it was entered on any Sheet, the entry stays in the memory and can be retrieved via the dropdown list. Creat a sheet schedule, group be that field, and you can change or delete it all at once.

Thanks for the reply. I created sheet schedule with revision stamp in the schedule.

 I m able to change revision status in schedule but I cant permanently delete that status which is not been used anymore. 

I my missing anything ?

Do you have any Sheets set to Not included in Sheet List? If so, check them as well.

you are spot on. I had actually some sheets not included.

Thanks for the solution it worked when I included all the sheets in schedule
