How to cut a railing sweep?

Someone has a solution to cut a railing sweep like the print that I attached?

I already try with voids but without success.

You can't.

FWIW: I doubt the Railing will be "cut" in the Field either.  Wouldn't you agree? There will likely be a unique connection  there. You'll have to design it and fabricate it -- unless you can find it at Home Depot.  Just saying.  😉
