Inaccurate Spot Slope values

Revit tells me this is a "5" slope which I take to mean 1 in 5

But when I analyse this slope in Rhino it is close to a 1 in 3 (as intended):

Can anyone help explain what's going on here?

Btw I and my practice would prefer to be able to annotate slopes in a "1 in X" or "1:X" format but I understand this is not possible in Revit?

TY

Many thanks @barthbradley @ToanDN.

In terms of the inaccuracy, I've discovered that changing the spot slope type from Slope 1_200 to Slope accu in the properties panel gives an accurate slope value.

I'm not sure why you would want to round a slope value to the nearest 5 as seems to be the case with Slope 1_200...

Try TAB-Selecting on the SAME spot when place the Spot Slope and see if you get different Spot values
