How to create new .pat files for revit filter wall ratings

I'm trying to create new patterns to use for revit filters for wall ratings but I'm not sure how to achieve what I'm looking for at the 45 degree angles. Any links to resources or thoughts on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

There are many tools that can help you with this. The most common solutions are:

1. If you have it in Acad, you can use the same pattern file (.PAT) since Revit can read it

2. Use pyRevit Addon. It's a free set of tools, including the very-popular Make Pattern Tool  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7b8hjHbauE&t=97s
