How to create DB Link to MS Access?

I have already installed Revit DB Link and also MS Access 2007 on my desktop but It's seem to be no connection between Revit and MS Access ("Select a New connection" button is disappear) ... any one how to fix this issue ?

PS. I've tried using Export > ODBC and set up an Access Connection but this seem to be very complicated and I cannot get it right.

You need Access 2010 64 bit as the minimum.

I am not familiar with Excel 2016, is it the 64-bit version?  I only have Excel 2010 64-bit and it works fine.  Maybe you need to downgrade.
