How do I individually select the window lines to make them dashed? When I select the solid lines it selects the entire window and there's no options in properties to manipulate just the graphic visibility of the lines. There doesn't even seem to be a way to remove the lines. My school requires the lines be dashed so that it indicates they are not a physical entity. What would you advise me to do?

Typically, those Swing Lines are assigned to a Subcategory of the Windows Category.  Open the Family, select the Swing Line and look under its Properties to see if it is assigned to a Subcategory and which one.   You can change the Line Style used by a Subcategory through the Project's Object Styles or through the View's  Visibility/Graphics Overrides.

Thank you, I went into family and there was no Swing line subcategory, I checked properties again and there was nothing there and tried in edit family and in edit family the window swing lines don't show.

This is the window I am using: https://www.bimobject.com/en-us/aluprof/product/mb-70_casement-window-2-sash

I would recategorize them to  "Elevation Swing" - but that's me.
