If I understand your question correctly, To add parameters, you need to be in the family editor, whereas you are currently in your project.

Simply click 'edit family' on your ribbon, once you have selected the family.

I can see it in your first image.
That right click menu is not the ribbon. The ribbon is at the top of your interface. Specifically, it is in the contextual ribbon highlighting green. See revit help menu for interface description.

I don't understand, why do you need parameters for this? Isn't it a once off custom family? You could simply create an inplace component in the project environment rather than creating a family. You can use this tool...  this will give you the control you seem to be looking for.

Trying to put parameters on the family you posted would be very cumbersome.

You want all of the System Family parameters for Walls to be available for your custom family?

This is not possible. A Revit Wall has certain logical requirements that your custom family cannot meet. If you want the standard Revit Wall parameters, you will have to build it in the Project using the Revit Wall tools.

I fail to see anything special with your wall rather than a bunch of walls with different thickness.  So, you can create several different wall types that match the intended dimensions and lay them out on your plan.  make them clean up nicely and you will have the exact same thing.

ToanDN is right. You should probably make this from regular walls.

From the question I guess that you just started with Revit. Revit works different from other CAD software, like Autocad. If you are going to spend chunk of money on a piece of software like this I would advise some training. While the forums are good for solving specific problems/tasks an extensive training course through the forums is not really suitable. Take some basic training (i.e. books, video courses, classroom) and you will be up and running much faster. The concepts of Revit will become clear and doing a project will go much smoother.

No, not really. Old fashioned...more a book guy myself.

However there are video courses from companies like infiniteskills or lynda.

Books, titles like the mastering series are good.

Classical, contact your/an Autodesk office in your area.
