How to Create an Issue Sheet / Revision schedule that has past revisions?

Hi, I'd like to create an Issue Sheet / Revision Schedule that has those information below:

Sheet Number / Sheet Name / Past revisions and each date / Current Revision / Revision Description / Revision date.

I just cannot set Past revisions. The issue sheet schedule only shows the current revision. Is there a way to create a parameter to show at least the last 3 revisions as well (besides the current revision)?

This is not an OOTB option in Sheet Lists...what you need to do is to check Revision Schedules on Title blocks....

pyRevit add-in can generate a revision report and export it to an HTML or clipboard copy the text content.
