How to create a void in an object (created in a beam family) in project environment

 I have created a sheet profile in a beam family and loaded into a project. I need to create a void in one of them in this project. How can I do that?

Not sure what you are asking. "Sheet Profile"? What do you mean?  

Regarding "Void", if you mean Opening, use the Opening by Face on the Architectural Tab.
