How to create a sloped floor with nice round edges ?

Hi, I am creating a genertic model as a sloped floor. And I plan to use it as a sloped side walk. It's a paramatic revit family that has depth, height and width. It works pretty well. The file name is sloped floor. But my goal is to create a sloped floor with smooth edges. As shown in the image, that is my goal. so I create another revit family called"sloped floor smooth edges" but it did not work. It could  not cut the full whole floor, see "project 1"

So can anyone help me to create a sloped floor with smooth edges revit family? And I want this family to be paramatic with depth, height and width.

Thanks in advance2.PNG

Edit:  I realized you need it for sloped floor.  The below may not work well.  I will look at it again.

I didn't open your file.  But you can create it fairly easily with Floor and Slab Edge tools.  Just create profile family the shape of your sloped, load in project, and create a Slab Edge type based on that profile.

So slab edge does not work for sloped edges of a floor.  I needed to create a model in-place sweep using the same profile.

I can see myself using an adaptive sweep family and divided paths if I need to deal with complex terrains.
