how to create a sharp oval sweep model

Hi everyone,

I`m trying to create this shape but every time I have an error while building it up, does anyone know how to model it?

I attached photos while adding point cloud to build my model by"As-built". and also 2d plan and section details.

After many paths sweeping with many paths keep failing, so I had to "carve" by void shapes. and still, this corner curve does not follow point cloud

It cannot be a sweep because the profile is not consistent.  You could build it like layered cake - draw oval profiles at various elevations and create form from them.  The more profiles the merrier.
