How to create a Box family that has a drag grip on the top?

I have created a simple instance box family to use for clearance. When selected in plan view it can be resized with the grips. When in elevation views, the top does not have a grip to extend the box up, the height can only be changed in properties. How to I get the box to display a grip on the top, so it can be extended up visually, instead of having to type in a dimension in properties?

Make the Parameters Instance kind and then drive the Ref Planes or Ref Line with dimensions that are labeled with these Instance Parameters.  Of course, the Family's geometry is Aligned and Locked to -- and driven by -- those Ref. Planes/Lines.

Use Reference plane to have it in Elevations and use Reference line to have it in 3D as well.
