Copy/Paste?

Rob

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

Are you wanting to copy to another sheet in a different project or the same project?

A lot of the text will transfer to other sheets (in the same project) if you have filled the info in using Project Information (Manage Tab> Project Information)

If you have set up your sheets correctly and created the titleblock family, you just create a new sheet and the info you set in Project Information will be automatically filled in.

If you have other text / info you could also set up a Sheet List Schedule and include other parameters to automatically fill in.

e.g. drawn by, checked by, sheet name etc..

View Tab > Schedules > Sheet List

add fields as req.

Sheet list 1.JPG

Then in the schedule you can add new data rows and fill in information for future drawing sheets that you havent created yet. also fill in things like drawn by and checked by.

sheet list 2.JPG

When you create a new sheet you select the placeholder

sheet list 3.JPG
