How to copy Callout from floor plan to Ceiling RCP plan?

Hello,

          I tried to copy Callout from floor plan to RCP plan, the new Callout name of the area is still in the floor plan, Callout crop region is in RCP.

Is the callout a live callout or reference to another view callout? If it is a live callout, you can create another callout and reference to the live callout in the RCP. If it is a callout reference to another view callout, you can copy and paste aligned the same view. This will paste the reference callout view to the RCP.

Thank you for replaying. what is live callout and  reference callout? What is different?

I need callout area (Plan) in RCP plan, not it is in Floor Plan.

If so, do I need to draw a new Callout in RCP? Because it does not copy plan in RCP just Callout crop region.

You are using live callout. Copying will duplicate the callout. Instead of that, you would use the callout>reference to that view. See the attached video

But I assume the callout in the RCP is referring to another RCP view, so it should be a separate callout, not the same one that's in the floor plan. I would just make a new one that references the correct view.
