How to connect the concrete on the concrete and the isolation on the isolation?

If the materials are the same, and the geometry of the materials is in contact, the intersection should clean properly with Join Geometry.

Yes the materials are. And 'Join' does not work well.

Do you know which mistake I probably made?

You need to extend the boundary of the floors to meet the structural layer of the wall.

Revit is not drafting, it's kind of like building, but virtually. If your concrete is not in contact with the other concrete, how is it ever going to join?

If you do not get an answer for your question, simply wait. Most questions do get an answer, unless the question is too difficult to understand or to solve. Forum gives you a time window to edit the post (i don't know how much time
exactly). After the time run out or someone has responded to your post, you
cannot edit it. Just reply to your own post to add more information or
questions.

Yeah, no problem. Just, as Toandn says, the forum gives you some 30 minutes to edit your post (if nobody has replied yet). But you can continue posting in the same thread with another explanation, instead of making new threads.

Also, something else that we try to avoid is putting several questions or topics in one single thread. In that case, it is better to make a new thread for each new question.

Another good practice is to finish the conversation, if it was resolved, using the "Accept as Solution" button on the post that you consider as the solution for your thread. Then the conversation is considered closed, resolved.
