How to connect the stairs to the next floor?

Hi all, been getting an error message no matter what changes I've tried to put into the stairs. As a result, my stairs can't reach the next floor. Any suggestions on how this can be fixed? Thank you for your time.

Looks like you stopped short and need one more tread. 

...if you don't have the space to lengthen the run, then you need to increase the "Maximum Riser Height" value -- if code permits.
