How to change avatar picture on forum

Hello,

Sorry this is not directly related to Autocad, I was wondering if anyone knew where one can change the avatar on the Autodesk forums ? I remember changing it in 2015 and you could chose between some 3D pictures of instruments, objects, pets, etc. Mine a picture of a cat.

Now, I can't find anywhere where I can change this, since as you can see on the left, the image link is broken and my avatar is it seems completely malfunctional and I can't change it. 

Help would be very much appreciated, Cheers.

Account Settings > Edit Profile: Change button under the Profile Picture, pick a new one, Save.

I have already done this multiple times, it doesn't work. Where is it possible to contact support or the manager of forums ?
