How to align point cloud model in Revit

Hi

First time I have posted. Used the BLK360 and obtained scans of project. Things are improving and a good product. But so frustrating you cannot load scan into correct location in REVIT after the scan is produced. So basically re-set the scan origin to match the location were you want your scan in REVIT.

So for the majority of us in the real world, we have to manually move the scan in the REVIT model to the correct location. Fine if its a small project, but frustrating when its a vary large building with multiple levels. You cannot see the scan in the REVIT model. Should be straight forward to sort this out.

Basic requirements that should have been included on earlier releases of this software.

Create a new Revit project. Insert your point cloud in this model. Specify the coordinates of a known point (maybe the coordinates of the origin point of the building, say for example, the intersection of two grid lines). Then link the file that contains the cloud model into the model of the building by origin to origin or by manual-origin.
