How to add Room Identity Data Instance Property?

Hello, 

Is it possible to add an Instance Property to Identity Data for Rooms? To be specific, I would like to add a property "Ceiling Trim" to the Identity Data shown in the attached image.

So maybe I answered my own question, but it seems like a hack more than a solution. A Project Parameter can be added and categorized under Rooms as shown in the image below. It works, but it is a "project parameter" not a "built-in parameter". Oh well, it let's me populate the Finish Schedule like I want, so I guess it'll do.

That is the way to do it.  What is your concern regarding the parameter is built-in or not?
