There are some walls with different thickness in my project. And there aren't any wraps attached to these walls though all the options about wall wraps are checked. How can I add wraps to these joints?

Are you talking about wall wraps? They have no 3D properties. They are purely cosmetic. If you want them modeled, you need to model them yourself (e.g. as another Wall Type of Finish Materials only).
....create other Wall Types comprised only of the Finish Material of the appropriate thicknesses and place it in front of the column.
