How to add Bullnose and flashings to Corrugated steel roof sheeting(IBR sheet) ?

Hi

I am currently designing a pumpstation in Revit 2018.

1. I have created the roof sheeting already (see picture attached)

2. I cannot get the sheeting to curve around the edges so that I have a Bullnose (similar to picture 2 attached)

3. I also need to add flashings to join the roof to the vertical sheets.

Please let me know if anyone has any idea on how to do this.

Roof by Extrusion should do the trick.

You could then apply the flashing using the Roof Fascia tool.

@barthbradley  Thanks however I need it to also display the profile of the corrugated metal sheeting as the screenshot attached. Any work around this ?

Thanks

You mean actually modeled the corrugations?  How? Extruded profile(s)?  I would do the same for the rounded edge.  Extrude a profile along a rounded path (e.g. Sweep) that is shaped like your "quonset" roof edge.  I would do two sweeps, one for the "innie" and one for the "outtie" and then Array both together in a Line-Based Family.  That would probably be the easiest way to go about it.  Do you understand the concept?

Is there any reason you're trying to model the corrugated metal roof? It would be much more efficient to use a model pattern on the roof and detail components where applicable.
