How to add a saftey constraint to a crane?

Hello every1 🙂

i am new to this Forum, i wanted to know if it is possible to add a constraint to an revit object to make it self intelligent so that it reples like magnet if it is brought Closer to another magnet. 

Explanation:

for instance, i have a towercrane object, this object cannot be placed Closer than(.5m) to any other objects (wall of an Building .etc) in the Project.

The component families are not aware of their surroundings (except their hosts which is not what you need here...)

The best thing you can do is draw a symbolic line (circle) around the crane which will indicate the "red zone".
