How rotate the curtain mullion

is anyone aware of how to create a curtain wall like the one below the image?

if by rotate you meant the half-circle arch, you can edit the profile of the curtain wall in an elevation view

I might be able to get there with Walls by Mass Face for Panels and 3D Beams for the Mullions.
