How others do door schedule for multifamily project

Guys, we do groups for multi-family project. We then schedule doors with an ungroup one, given these groups won't be much changes till the end. Hence, our schedule only has common space-doors and group representative doors, not a virtual total tabulation, and sometimes we missed here and there.

We always wonder how others do their multifamily door schedule, with confidence ?

I usually set by two different schedule. One is common base where you do it by level and the other is suite. For suite you can setup key schedule to define the door as suite while the other is common. Once you establish that, you can filter the schedule by common or suite. If you want to schedule the suite, you would create a level above your last highest level. Here you add all your suite groups and set it to a different phase. When schedule the suite, you choose the phase and schedule the suite door in that phase.

I typically use a Master schedule approach then filter out specifics as needed.

this allows me confirmation of all things itemized for all schedules regardless of category and phase etc.
