Me too...

I’m facing the same issue with Pearson VUE, it is super confusing and misleading after passing the exam there is no clue about what is the procedure that we have to follow after passing not a single email was sent to me after passing, I contacted Pearson VUE thrice and every time they stated that they are not responsible for the digital certificate, thats an Autodesk matter, and that they are only conducting the exam and giving a result report.

Can someone please help us to know how and when can we get our digital certificate, I’ve been going through loops since two weeks without a proper nor clear guidance for all parties!

please your help is much appreciated.

Hi @Anonymous ,

I have solved the issue. After passing the exam, an acclaim badge will be emailed to you. one on the Acclaim, go to Share button then on the last tab, there is print button where you will print your Autodesk Certificate for passing the exam.

Hope this helps

hello @Anonymous , thanks for your response

I just made  an account on Acclaim using same email I registered with for the exam .. but I have no badges sent to me .. not sure what shall I do to gain the badge.. like shall I send my passing report to gain the badge or is it automatically shall be sent after passing.

can you please tell what was the after-passing procedure you followed?

Another thing, did you do your exam  also through Pearson VUE or Certiport? I believe the issue is happening only with Pearson VUE exams.

thanks again for your quick response, I really appreciate your help

Hi @Anonymous ,

Yes, I take also through Pearson VUE online exam. After passing the exam, an email was sent to me to view my Acclaim Badge. in that email, I create an account and the badge was already there.

Did you receive an email from Acclaim after passing the exam like the one below?

Sorry, what is the minimum pass mark? And the final result, will be show immediately after the exam? How does it works?

Thank you so much!

Hello, I took the Autodesk Certified User Exam provided by Certiport; for AutoCAD, Inventor & Revit here at Pelican Bay State Prison. I received all three certificates signed by Andrew Anagnost, president, CEO. My question to the community is: Will I receive an Acclaim Badge for passing the Autodesk Certified User Exam? Or is that only for passing the Autodesk Certified Professional Exam?
