How do you re-label your parameter name?

you can't rename it? Is it in the Template?

If "widht" is a Shared Parameter, create a Shared Parameter named "width" and replace the"widht" Shared Parameter in all the Families using it with the new "width" Shared Parameter.  

NOTE: "Width" is the name of an in-built Revit Shared Parameter.  It would not be advisable to create a Custom Shared Parameter of the same name.
