How do you align heads and tails when placing grid lines

Hi All,

I am having trouble automatically aligning heads and tails of grid lines.
The visual alignment line does not appear when I place grid lines as indicated in the video tutorials
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe your snaps are turned off?

Manage Tab=>Snaps
